These Terms explain the rules for using Tattloom and its AI tattoo design tools.

Using Tattloom
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tattloom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. Keep your account details secure and do not share access with others.
AI-generated designs
Tattloom creates visual concepts from your prompts. Results can be unexpected and may resemble existing ideas. Check every design carefully before using it, and ask a qualified tattoo artist to adapt placement, line weight, skin suitability and safety for you. Tattloom does not provide medical, legal, copyright-clearance or tattooing advice.
Your prompts and designs
You remain responsible for the prompts, reference material and instructions you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or intended to violate another person’s rights. You may use your generated designs for personal tattoo planning and lawful creative projects, subject to any rights held by third parties.
Credits and plans
A completed image uses one image credit. Shape My Idea uses its separate allowance. Credits and allowances are shown in your account. Failed generations do not use an image credit. Paid plans, pricing, renewal terms and included allowances are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.
Availability and changes
AI services and third-party providers can be unavailable or change without notice. We may update, suspend or discontinue features when needed to operate and improve Tattloom. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top of this page will show when they last changed.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Tattloom is provided as available and without guarantees that every result will be accurate, unique, suitable for tattooing or continuously available. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.
